    • One payment of $169 OR $15 a month for 11 months
  • $99 for each additional air conditioning & heating system

Here is a detailed list of the individual operations we will perform on your air conditioning & heating system:

  1. Tighten terminal connections
  2. Clean and calibrate thermostat
  3. Take indoor wet bulb temperature
  4. Ensure air handler balance rotation, check bearings & lubrication
  5. Ensure blower housing mounts and fasteners are tight
  6. Inspect & replace customer supplied filter
  7. Inspect wiring and connections
  8. Inspect and clean burners
  9. Examine contactor, capacitors and other controls
  10. Ensure evaporator coil is clean
  11. Ensure condensate drain is clear
  12. Inspect and clean condenser coil
  13. Inspect condenser fan motor and blades (oil motor if applicable)
  14. Record suction and discharge pressures
  15. Record fan motor and compressor amps
  16. Outdoor dry bulb temperature
  17. Ensure operation of reversing valve
  18. Inspect defrost controls
  19. Check for proper airflow
  20. Inspect induced draft blower
  21. Inspect draft pressure switch and connections
